I would need total 4 characters along with rigging and animation which are walk, talk, fly, sprint, sit, jump, grasp an object, crawl if you have any pre-made just modify them and you can send them to me. Tell me how much hours it will take to create them.
1- it will be a Fairy
2- it will be a mermaid
3- it will be a tree boy
4- it will be blaze with red hair

Sounds like a fun project. My brother and I can have these characters created with their own animations rigged up properly in unity and triggered by code for you in under a week if the project is still available. The way we would do this is my brother would create the characters in Blender one at a time along with their animations and then I would hook their animations up to the code. After looking at the video would you like us to create the characters exactly as portrayed? (We would get a character done every 3 days to your liking while keeping you updated on the progress). If you would like us to make adjustments as we go that wouldn't be an issue either.
