Create AD Users with powershell script

Hi I am created like this project My project was on vb.net and it can create users and delete it and active/deactivate users

Hello. I understand that you are looking to automate the tasks of creating Active Directory user accounts. I will create a new VB.Net application using Visual Studio 2013. The application will be a simple UI accepting username, password, display name, and first and last names. It will read from an XML configuration file to obtain the list of groups to add the newly created user to, along with the profile path to be created based on a %username% variable. I will add logic to report if the entered username already exists and if not, will pass the required information to a powershell command to create the user else I will display a message that the supplied username already exists. Hi will do the script in vb that uses an excel file for the users credentials. The ou must be provided to me. Just need to add the details in the excel file and it will do the rest after the file is run.
