From your description, you are trying to implement the FPGA with the PS side managing the interface the AD7134 dev board? Is there any PL programming required? If MPSoC board, it might be possible to acquire all the data via serial link and then pass to ethernet link. Presumably all setup of the AD is done via its USB link and software on PC. My bid of 300 is preliminary based on the information available.
