Music artist video recording and photoshoot

I am a singer/songwriter and have a guitarist. I am looking for somoneone long term who can video record me singing in a studio/rehearsal/prop room type environment and then edit the videos afterward for use on social media and eventually my own website. At the moment I currently have a few song with which we can started and as the year goes on a lot more, maybe with a few more band members. Towards the end of the year i will be holding my own live concert which I would like recording and edited also. I would also like to do a professional photo shoot and have the photos edited too. The project won't begin until March/April with doing the first video and then a video every couple of months depending on what you charge. Recording time may only take an hour per session, two hours maximum but might always take a few pics per session as well. Of course after that I know you will be editing and charging for that too. Person must be in a reasonable distance to London to record and we would only have to meet on recording days.
