I need a person that can make a video similar to this one:

I'll provide the script and voice-over so that you will be in charge of the video editing part.
The following things are a no-no:
- Using footage on more than one occasion
- Using copyright footage or music
- watermarks
- video resolution not at least 1080p
The following is a must-have:
- Be able to add eye-catching titles when needed
- Make professional transitions to keep the attention of the viewer
- Be able to add images over the footage when needed
- Add sound effects when needed
- Make the video as a whole interesting to watch
