Vlog Editing with Insta360 Footage (ongoing)

Job Description:
I am looking for an creative video editor and storyteller with experience incorporating Insta360 footage in cinematic form. You should be familiar with YouTube formulas and algorithms and understand the importance of the first 8 seconds of the video.
I am a full time traveler looking to relaunch my old channel. The vlogs will be approximately 12 minutes in length and will be one or two times per week. I haven’t decided between 1x 20 minute or 2x 10-12 minute ones yet.
The majority of the vlog will be standard style but I want to incorporate fun, creative transitions and cinematic features into it. Not too much, just enough to stand out from the others.
Please provide me any information, video samples including 360 editing, and your cost proposal per video. One cost for a 12 minute video, one cost for a 20 minute video, and a cost for 2x 12 minute videos. This project will be ongoing on a weekly basis.
