Enhance Video to read license plate

honestly this depends on the quality of the video AND the size of the license plate you got if the quality is low and license plate is small. no one can do this job however, if the video is good there is a chance at doing this quickly and easily note: video enhancing is not like the movies

hi, i can have a look at that. but from the preview i'd say it's impossible. there are tools to overlay stabilized frames to gain resolution but at that compression rate it's a very very long shot. let me know about the highest resolution you have available and i'll take a look. looks like you or whoever is in that video got really lucky that day.
