Instructional screencast for elearning purposes

We need a screencast tutorial to cover one of our features, and so we're looking for someone who can handle video production on our behalf, with effects such as zoom-in/zoom-out and highlighting. We'll hire a voice actor separately to provide the narration. We require samples or demos of previous works to know what you're capable of. The process we're thinking of is: 1. We would write the script and record a rough video with narration to share with you as reference 2. We'd do a videocall or write one another to discuss the project, explain what the video is about in more detail and answer all your questions so that you're comfortable enough to reproduce the steps on your own 3. We'd give you the voice over 4.
