Photographer/videographer at University of Maryland event

My name is Adam Niederpruem, Co-Director of Experience & Event Design at EnviroMedia; we're a social-good ad agency based in Austin, TX. We do events throughout the country that promote public health and the enviroment- usually by having fun. We are looking for a photographer to record a promotional "street team" before the University of Maryland homecoming football game on Saturday, Oct. 28; 12:00PM-4:00PM. This street team will be visiting a few bars, but also the tailgate areas of the stadium. Interactions between street team and public will last 2-5 minutes. The street team is three people. We're looking for photography, and video. We'd like between 80-200 photos and 15-20 minutes of combined video footage. No editing needed.
