20-30 seconds animated promo video

I need a promotional video created for my company. It is a new business being set up under a parent company of which I own. It will offers services to other businesses to help expand or advertise their business through video advertising and promotional videos. Now I know what you're thinking, I'm asking someone to create a promotional video for a company that creates promotional videos :) I will be hiring animators, editors and motion graphics artists in the near future when this business is up and running, to work for our company. So essentially this promotional video, although essential to our business, it is pretty much showing me what you can do so I can choose who to be hiring in the future to work on these videos. But only once I trust you and your skills in animation, you will be payed well. We are currently working with the Royal voluntary service funded by the big lottery, to expand their project and get it around the country. I will give you the details about what I want in the video. This video cant have any speech or narration. People must be able to understand what our company does only by looking at it. The audio will consist of music and sound effects only. Preferably you will provide the music and sound effects. Its going to be simple. I don't have it 100% planned out yet so together we will discuss ideas and work it out from there. I am open to all freelancers, new or developed, solo people or companies, reputation doesn't bother me, unless your reviews are awful :') But..... please be sure that I will know who actually read this pitch.
