Shoot an interview video in Pune

I am looking for a photojournalist of filmmaker to shoot two 15-20 minutes video for me in Pune, India. These are interviews of a couple of people. I have already prepared them with the questions and answers and we have finalized the location and the interviewees have rehearsed. Both the video shoots will not take more than 2 hours each. I am willing to pay INR 1000 per shoot.
