We are seeking a freelance Administrative Assistant to assist us in monitoring various sites for potential clients who require work done. The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping a watchful eye on these sites and alerting us promptly when a client posts a project or expresses a need for services. In addition to site monitoring, the Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for other general admin tasks such as email management, scheduling, and data entry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to multitask efficiently. This is a remote position that requires a reliable internet connection, a computer, and the ability to work independently.
