We are a manufacturing company who specializes in creating baby products. Due to our recent growth we are looking for a self-motivated individual who can work remotely as an Administrative Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for part time work and would like to work remotely. Must be able to fulfill the following requirements: - Clear communication - Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Report Creation (Tracking product inventory, sales metrics and retail purchases) - Ability to post on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) - Weekly report presentation to management - Maintain and organize online folders (DropBox) - Periodically answering customer inquires - Setting up of meetings with clients to include (Sending invites, publishing agendas) - Attending meetings as needed and taking detailed notes and action items - Management of vendor inquires including; ticket creation, follow up on open items, reporting on next steps. - Ability to perform Administrative work assigned by Management and report on status.

Hi Please do not let my rate scare you away as I will prove my worth. I have had over a decade of virtual assistance job experience and therefore am confident that I can do this well. I am quite familiar with VA tools but if there are new ones that I have not used, I can learn and master them quickly. Included in this job is also project management with me dealing with service providers from different countries. I previously owned and managed an online webshop for organic baby clothes(although the shop has been sold to another owner 4 years ago) and an offline store (groceries) so I know what it takes to provide the best customer service (written and in person). I am currently taking refresher courses for social media marketing so I can definitely handle the social media posts. I am professional with work hours and deliverables, can work with less management and can handle stress. If needed on weekends or my non-working hours for urgent matters, it is a given that I can be up to the job. An added bonus; I am a mom of 2 kids ( 5 and 1 yo) so baby products are close to my heart.
