We require the following

1. High speed internet connection

2. Speaking fluent English with no accent.

3. Great on the phone with customers.

Below is a day in this position.

1. Taking all incoming calls to the business phone line. Taking a message or transfering the call.

2. Calling new customers to schedule them for a electrician to come out and give them a free quote. No details about the quoted work is needed to complete this task

3 Replying to customers via a live chat box.

[url removed, login to view] customers that are on the schedule and letting them know when their electrician is 30 minutes from arriving.

5 calling customers were we have left them a quote for their project and seeing if they would like to schedule to complete the work.

6. Start time is 9 a.m. and stop time is 5 p.m. eastern standard time. 30 to 40 hrs a week.

7 . We need someone that can take charge and be a team player from the start.
