As i have gone through the requirement, i feel i could be a great fit for this project as i have a vast experience in customer service industry while working in BPO's. I have worked in both inbound and outbound customer support, sales and appointment fixing and in technical cum non technical environment. I do have computer operating and other office proficiency. As per the description of the profile requirement on this project, it needs a freelancer with well qualified and experienced person to assist the CEO in managing calls and appointments but within reasonal cost and that could be a main reason looking for a freelancer and for me based in india i can be cheaper as well as effective as i have all proven record of my work experience and i am looking for a virtual position and use my skill to help a business to grow and get recognison and appreciated for my hard work. As being based in India i have less chances of being chosen but given a chance i will give my 100% effort to ensure quality service efficiently and treat the business as my own business and help growing. I really wish and hope i am given a chance and i will prove it. I would be ok to start working with lesser compensation and show my work first.
