I am looking for a virtual assistant for our Pilates studio to help with the following: Mailchimp email marketing Social Media Management Acuity Scheduling management (set up automation and new client forms, keep things up to date) KPIs and attendance tracking Create marketing materials appropriate for different markets manage and drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training Answer phones and be able to answer basic questions Reach out to community organizations and businesses for grassroots marketing and networking Must possess: Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email. Self starter who can use resources to get tasks done basic knowledge of pilates is a plus Solid writing and grammar skills. Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information Proficiency with computers and Studio software Additional commission available for sales made.
