Designing new notepaper

I need a new designed notepaper. Please take a look at the attachment. There you can find my "old" notepaper. The new one should be identically but in grey and black (not white). The left half should be a darker grey and the right half should be totally black. In the header there should be my logo (attached you can find the .psd-file) and in the left half in teh top there should be the "double C" in a more brighter grey (as you can see in my attached business card). All information as printed in "facts on [login to view URL]" should be printed. At the button there should be a small line in the same orange/ brown as the logo is. I need it in format: DIN A4 (21*29,7 cm) and in a printable file (JPG, word and jpg).
