clien server application that merges live and historical data

i need a client server application that should do the following. basically the internal calculations are all predefined and what is needed is a client server architechture.

the server application (i will call it memoryapp) is connected to two inputs

- live data (simple datastructure consisting of timestamp, price, size and stockname).

- database that stores the same information and contains historical values.

once the server application is started it should store the live data in memory

its client application (i will call it analyticsapp) will request combined live and historical data from the memoryapp and will need to receive it as a seamless datastream from the memoryapp server application (sorted by time). the memoryapp should be able to handle more than one client request at the same time.

analyticsapp will do some number crunching internally (already implemented) and will communicate the calculations with a third consuming application (i will call it consumingapp).

the basic workflow of the whole project is as follows:

the consumingapp requests a calculation from the analyticapp. the analyticapp subsequently requests data from the memoryapp. while analyticapp is doing the calculations it will send the results back to the consuming app.

i am looking for a coder that has experience with client server applications as well as using generic dictionaries and be able to create a lean application with small latency. further i would like to establish a good working relationship with the coder as i will have several small subsequent projects similar to this.

further it would be great if the coder could work with me together on this the whole coming weekend so that we can get the project out of the way.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
