Web 2.0 CSS/XML Photoshop screen converisons with some php - 9204

We are looking for a solid, trusted design/development company to: 1. Convert flat screen designs (Photoshop layered documents) and change them into HTML - the HTML must conform/pass to Web 2.0 standards and use the latest in CSS and XML/DHTML. The development of the website has to be Search Engine Optimised/friendly. We are building a website that offers user a chance to see a lot of offers without feeling overwhelmed by it. We can provide examples/ reference points but ideally would like the developer to come up with ideas. (Are you sure about this bit) 2. We will be using Google for internal and external web search - therefore integration needed. We will provide Google API + account details - easy enough. 3. We will need the email api (from Open source Email prog PHP/MySQL) integrated into the page(s) - again easy enough - we will provide full details of api. 4. Ideally we would also like the company to create additional pages/sections from the homepage look/feel - direction/content will be given. 5. Possible backend work to come but in future. Send through portfolio or links to projects that you have done in the past year (ie in 2005/2006) You will need to demonstrate a high attention to detail - design convertion and total x-browser/platform compatibility.
