8 small SEO-oriented Web sites

We are interested in having 8 mini WEB sites developed for SEO purposes mainly. Each site will be in English language, with a DIFFERENT nice layout template. Templates can be taken from online collections to keep the final price low. Anyway they must be elegant and good-looking, yet simple. They should be in pure HTML, possibly with Javascript. No FLASH please. Besides using different, nice templates, the (English language) text in each site is paramount. Each site will be devoted to a single topic, though the texts used in all of the sites will be quite similar each other, but NOT exactly the same. Each topic is about a single fashion product category offered wholesale by Italian fashion companies. For example, one site will deal with "leather handbags", so the text will deal with the high quality leather handbags manufactured by Italian fashion companies. As told before, the other sites will have a similar text, yet not the same. We can provide with some clues and general guidelines about the texts, but they will have to be written by you. We do not need long texts. For each site we will need the equivalent of less than two A4 size written pages. Each site will be 2 pages long, with placeholders for 3-4 pictures per page. We will insert the pictures, so we just need the proper placeholders. We need a fast-learning partner with good writing skills (though the text will be pretty similar each other) and able to edit quickly existing Web templates (selected and proposed to us by her/himself).
