Magento PSD Design

Hi! I'm looking for a designer to work with me on creating PSD that delivers a webpage design for a Magento store. I'm working on a opening a store that deals with oil and spices. We have a local shop but we want to sell our products online as well using the Magento platform. We don't want the page to be super "e-commerce" looking. The webpage will serve as our local and e-commerce site, this means that we would like a few menu options that that would link to the following pages - "About Us", "Find Us", "Articles". I've attached a our logo which contains our company colors etc. While I know the Magento skin will look different, here is an example of a webpage that has a little of the design feel that we like - [login to view URL] We would like the header and "menu" options to have a similar structure as this Magento site - [login to view URL] We don't want the button design or colors to look the same we would just like a similar structure. We like the way this site header and menu has the following elements - 1. Logo on the top left, 2. Shopping cart on the top right, 3. Product menu options displayed in a clean fashion below the logo and cart 4. Design distinction that highlights Search Bar and "Page Menu" options. As far as home page content structure goes we would like the following - 1. Area up top that we can place high quality picture or video (similar to [login to view URL]) 2. Area for welcome content etc. 3. Featured products area 4. A small area with social media Icons (so we can link to our social accounts) 5. A small area we can link recent articles etc. There you have it! Just to clarify we are onlylooking for the design delivered in PSD format. We do not expect it to be coded, operational, etc. Please ensure that you are familiar with Magento so that design standards will match specs when we turn the PSD into a Magento skin. Thanks much!
