I needs an eCommerce website with the following functionality:
-CMS functionality so customer can edit main pages (Home, About Us, Contact Us, etc.)
-CMS functionality so customer can add, edit, remove, delete pages in a small menu somewhere on the page
-Password protected product prices with option to turn off password protection of all or certain products
-Users must login to see prices
-option where, if turned on, Website owner must approve any newly registered user accounts before users can login, otherwise users can register and login without approval
-Categories & Products must have following options:
1. multiple pictures per product
2. multiple products per category
3. categories optionally hidden until user login
4. products optionally hidden until user login
5. option to show quantity price breaks (eg. 100pcs+ = $10/pc, 200pcs+ = $17/pc) or just 1 standard price
6. option to show regular price and sale price
7. option to show category pictures
8. option to change category sequence
9. option to change product sequence
10. product pictures saved in 3 different qualities (very large 300dpi images at max size of 6"x 9", 72dpi images at max size 500px x 600px, 72dpi images at max size of 250px x 350px)
11. optional product discounts (only certain products are discounted)
12. optional global discount (all products are discounted)
13. coupon codes with expiry dates
-Utility to import products, categories, customers, etc. from MS Excel and export to MS Excel
-Item search by type, product number, etc.
-Website owner is able to create custom product quotes where the owner selects products and place them into a temporary cart, changes the prices, then emails the contents of the cart (pictures,prices,etc.) to certain customers. Owner should be able to save the cart contents on the server as a quote aswell as save the quote as a PDF file on his computer.
-Website owner can create an online print ready catalogue that is saved as a PDF on the server. Our customer (website owner) should only be able to access a very low resolution catalogue PDF while only we are able to access the high resolution print ready catalogue PDF.
-Website owner is able to change website background picture, background color, header picture, menu colors.
-Option to integrate with Quickbooks and Business Vision accounting software
-Option to integrate with ebay
Please read and understand all requirements above. We would appreciate seeing any previous work you've done. Payment will be place in escrow and not released until the work is received in full working condition. We will be hosting the website on our server so we'll need the full source code.
