37674 web design mock up

I need a mock up of a site. I don't need the site. Just a single graphical representation of the site design. The site to be redesigned is: [login to view URL] I like the layout of this site to model the redesign. [login to view URL] I want the header to be MUCH smaller than that of onwardfinancial.com. Header must be 100 pixels or less in height. Please use brownish tones to preserve the corporate colors but make the color scheme much lighter. Also use the logo. Don't worry about the text for the 3 body panes. I'll come up with something later. I'll need you to design the site later but right now I just need the mock up graphic.
