Business Incubation They currently have a basic website for impact investing - needs redesign and to highlight the three areas above. But within that needs to be a sub-site for real estate management. Same look and feel but to slightly stand out as an entity on its own. Target audience is the startup crowd, fund management and financial advisory consultancies and micro-businesses. An important demographic to appeal to are the rising class of "cultural creatives". No particular preference, but could be anyone from Joomla, Drupal to WP or any other stable and intuitive platform. Next would then like to lock down design direction and master pages. This site may ultimately have more than 5 pages. Content for all pages still in progress. Will upload sample mockup of cover page to give an idea of it's content. Use text on mockup for now.
