Online Art Store with Framing and Artist Management

The last coder could not complete the job due to the limitations in Magento. I'd rather not use magento because it is also very slow. Here are the requirements: The project is an online art store that has a framing section in the shopping cart. I will be using this company Liebermans to supply my art and frames. This is an example of the homepage they developed which I like and it is responsive: [login to view URL] This is what they were working on for the framing: [login to view URL] They couldn't go any further because they said Magento has limitations. I find Magento to be slow. I rather not use it. What shopping cart do you suggest? Some of the key requirements beyond the responsive homepage are: 1) 3 tabs or sections for 'Prints' 'Prints with Frame' 'Canvas' 2) Print Section (default) - show available sizes 3) Print with Frame - show available sizes, show frame choices with preview, show mat choices with preview (note- can be more than one mat and different size mats), select acrylic, glass. 4) Canvas Section - display gallery wrap (the edge is a reflection of the front), display canvas with one frame Here is another example of a website that does a good job with mats and frames: [login to view URL] Here is another example: [login to view URL] Here is another example: [login to view URL] VERY IMPORTANT SECTION.... Artist Management: There also needs to be a section where I can set up accounts for different artists. Once there art is sold I can update their account to show how much was sold and commission paid. They can login and see those stats.
