Employment Website

Looking for someone who can develop a site that allows members to sign up, pay members fee, and upload two photos of themselves with profile. These photos when clicked will indicate to administration that someone wants to contact them. Administration then needs to be able to accept escrow payment from person who wants to contact the member. It is an employment site along the lines of freelancer.com where jobs when completed to employer’s satisfaction the payment is released. Would prefer to find a web designer or web design company that would be interested in a three way partnership to develop an idea I have for a site that would attract members from Hong Kong, China, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Macau, Thailand, India, Indonesia, and likely to expand world wide. Unfortunately I am keeping the idea close to my chest as a previous idea I discussed with someone went on to make them several million dollars but I lost out… Such is life. I am a creative person and usually only follow through on successful ideas such as Ming the Minibus which is on TV in China, Macau and Southern China and soon to be on TV in South Korea, Singapore and Brazil
