I am looking for a individual or team to re-create a website portal which is similar in functionality to [login to view URL] (please click on the video for a explanation of what this site does). My project is not for fashion but the functionality of the website should be similar to this one. There wont be any transactions that happen on the website from a e-comerce point of view rather buyers will just pay a commission directly to the website after a sale (the transaction of the sale wont be processed through the website. I will need any team to potentially have a one year contract post the successful build of the site for administration. I dont need the iPad app made at this stage (as per the video). Only very experienced programs and designers please respond. The other key requirement is this website will launched in China so will need to be bilingual (both the buyer and seller need to be able to switch languages) - this is key.
