Build custom digital contest with a platform to host it

We are looking or a web developer to create a custom digital contest for one of our clients that will launch next month. The contest needs to be hosted on a landing page that could be accessed via phone, computer, tablet, etc.
Participants must be able to open a link shared on social/newsletter that would drive them to a landing page. Their information (name, zip code, email, etc.) is required, as well as an option to opt-in to sign up for newsletters. After completing the initial information, participants would click through to the next page where they would answer the fill-in-the-blank questions asked. Finally, participants would click through to the final page that would auto-populate their answers into a paragraph. Ideally, we’d also like to have an easy way to have users share their answers to social media from this page.
We need a platform to host and create this type of contest, as we’re not able to host it on the brand’s website.
