Build a Farm Lifestock Application

Project Description I am looking for a developer that has experience in developing software for farms, managing livestock. ONLY!! Please do not respond if you do not have this knowledge. Develop a simple website also to showcase the application and allow users to download a basic version limited version of the application and full version that is charged. The application will be downloaded onto a user's desktop, PC or Mac. This will auto install and the user will be able enter there configurable data, eg. Farm name, address etc. The farmer can give access to others with restricted rights. The information needs to be maintained in the application securely. Also need the ability to be able to extract data from xls, and other livestock management applications. The application needs to be simple and intuitive to use with simple navigation and easy help files/ basic use case videos to guide the user. A video user guide for simple use cases that shows how to use the application. Build a simple website that showcases the application and allows it to be downloaded, 2 application levels, restricted for demo purposes only and the other a paid version.
