Build an ONLINE NEWSPAPER -- 3

I want to create ONLINE News paper and weekly magazine. that automatically Grabs news using special crawler like [login to view URL] and allow editors to add any comments allow readers to put their comments. There will be spaces for Google, other pay per click adds, and prepaid adds There will be a message bank that can be edited and added to each [login to view URL] should be an automated news like the [login to view URL], but will have space for write ups from the editors and well as people can add blogs for each news. It should automatically grab the news from other sources without you putting on it like this[login to view URL] It should be a short News and editor should be able to comment on each news the readers should be able to leave their comments. Any bad comments by the readers can be removed by the editors. Also it should be able to add google adds, other per per click adds, and other prepaid adds. Also I want to have different pages for different country news. I also should be able to put some Cartoons, short stories. There should be a section for children where we can post stories for children, Crosswords, Puzzles, General Knowledge questions, Science questions, Maths challenges, etc for each grade. There should be a section for Spirituality. Also another section for games. The news should be fetched from various news papers pertaining to each country.
