Build an online B2B ordering system

An online B2B ordering system (wholesaler). Using the website, a customer should be able to search for products, get quotation, place their order, check their order history, open returns, account statement, etc. It is not like an eCommerce website selling products or a multi-vendor website. This is an ordering system where a customer can buy products for a wholesale price. Their discount level is setup by the admin. Payment is made either by cash or bank transfer. Admin has to register the payments. No payment integration is required. Account statements is used to check balance.
We should be able to upload the inventory data of suppliers into the system and set up the pricing.
