Build an Online Store

I want to developing T-shirt design tool application & this tool will be integrated in E-commerce website, where any customer can create their own design on T-shirt then they have to put quantity of T-shirt with sizes(S,M,L,XL,XXL) then have to make payment online then we will print & ship it. I want application in latest technology & It will be responsive with any sizes of screen, Also I want dynamic pricing structure means price will be update according to customers design,price update on three factors:- 1) When more number of color then price will be increase for example we charge 15 Rs per color & T-shirt cost is 250 Rs, when we add one color in design then price will be 265 rs then when we add two more color in design then price will be 295 Rs, again we subtract one color then price will be 280 Rs. 2) Also price will be changed if design comes from A4 to A3 size. 3) When we change the orientation means FRONT, BACK, RIGHT & LEFT of tshirt. Suppose I add two color (Red & yellow) in Front side then again I add Black color in FRONT side then price will not update but when we add Black color in BACK side then price will be updated.
