To create a car auction website through WordPress

Hello Freelancers, My client wishes to create a car auction website that functions and is designed in a similar way to the website here - [login to view URL], I would like this site to function on a WordPress CMS. You won’t be able to gain access to the site with a login so my client has sent two videos for us to view which you’ll see in the links below: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The actions that visitors on the site need to take are bidding and listing vehicles, signing up for an account which then needs to be reviewed and accepted by the admin before they have a login. There will be no payments being made via the website for people to purchase the vehicles but a flat fee of £99 will be needed for the buyer and £30-£35 for the seller. Sellers who are listing vehicles on auction will need to display a video (mandatory), images, overview, spec and appraisal of the vehicle. The number of pages that we need to display are – Home, Terms & Conditions, Help Topics and Sign In. The features that the client wishes to be incorporated to the site is a search function. As a person who has a login facility you will have the option to sell and buy, both processes are below: Seller: 1. Go to website 2. Click sign in 3. Have option to sign in or register Place Vehicle Registration Mark (VRM) - When listing, a car ensure there is a VRM look up which will be a function that allows users to put there registration number in and it will then auto populate what the car is (here is a plugin - [login to view URL]) 4. Set timeframe for bids – Timeframes should only be 2, 3, 5 & 7 days 5. The buyer will be able to purchase 6. Email confirmation is sent to those who have won, lost or been out bided on a vehicle (Ensure an email alert gets sent every time a person is being out bided). 7. Bid for car (a pop up will appear just like on the videos detailing the delivery fee etc.) 6. What type of hosting will be needed? 5. Will you be using a theme that has functions in place for auctions and if so what theme will you use? 6.
