Create cash wallet android app and website

I am looking to create a rewards app like "CashKarma" for android. It will be similar to "CashKarma" in terms of purpose and function. I am looking to hire a freelancer who can develop the app. I have all the in depth details but the basic gist of it is that it will pretty much be the same as "CashKarma" in terms of functionality and purpose Functions A outstanding eye pleasing and effective design similar to this one 1. Daily check in object where users can click on every 24 hours. User will receive 500 'Coins' each time they click on daily check in. Note user can only click on this every 24 hours. The Daily Check In should be at the top of the page above everything else. 2. Notify users of 3 new offers everyday. These 3 offers will be taken from offer walls and will include description of the offer telling the user what they will need to do to get Coins for this offer EXAMPLE: Clash Of Clans : Install and open and complete the tutorial 3. Notify users when they have completed an offer from the offer wall. 4. Invitation functions. Users can invite other users and receive 'Coins each time a referral enters thir referrers invite code. Each user gets a unique individual 9 digit invite code. When their referral enters their invite code the referral gets 900 Coins'' and the referer gets 1000 coins Must be able to Share their invitation ID by pressing a Share' button to which a pop up will appear with sharing options like Facebook, Google Play, or SMS 5. At the bottom of the page below the 'Daily Check in and the offer walls There should be a Rate App 5 Stars object with a short description saying 'Rate this app 5 stars on the Google Play store and recieve 500 Coins! When a user rates the app 5 stars on the Google Play store 500 Coins should be added to their account 6. The app currency is known as Coins 1000 Coins = $1 USD The currency equalization is controlled by the offer wall's individual websites to which my accounts to those individual sites are linked so i will set the coin equalizer myself. 7. The gift cards available are and in this order Paypal ($2, $5, $10, $25, $50, $100), Amazon ($1, $5, $10, $50), iTunes ($10, $15, $25), PSN ($10, $20, $50) , Xbox ($5, $10, $25), Steam ($5, $20, $50), Facebook Gift Card ($15), Starbucks ($10, $50), Walmart ($10, $50).
