I am looking for someone to develop an OJS 3.3 theme for my journal, "PKP". I have a basic concept of what I would like the theme to look like, though I'm open to suggestions and ideas. I do, however, have a set of preferred colors that I'd like to stay in line with. The right developer should possess a strong understanding of OJS as well as creative design abilities. For this project, I'm looking for an experienced freelancer who is capable of delivering a website design with a high degree of quality and exceptional aesthetic appeal.
