Job Description:

The task is to build an internal job, time, maintenance, and fatigue system for an Australian bus & coach company.
The company currently sees drivers filling out paper time sheets and jobs are assigned by sticking job sheets to driver's lockers.
If there are defects with the vehicles, a driver writes these on paper and it is left for the mechanic in the morning - this paperwork is also to be eliminated.
The full requirements are included in the "System Design" document attached to this task.
There is also an image with my rough sketches of how the "touch screen" UI should look.
Before bidding:
If you have any questions about the scope of work, then place a bid of $500, and write your questions in your proposal. I'll then provide answers to your question and at that time you can revise your quote.
If your bid is >$500, then I will presume that you fully understand the requirements and that you are providing a firm price that we are both bound by.
I will not add any requirements beyond what has been provided in this initial posting. If I need to make any adjustments/improvements, they will be in the 'version 2' task of this project. And so I expect the same of you.
Whatever price you quote, I expect you to stick to it.
The previous freelancer offered a delivery deadline of 40 days and failed to deliver.
You will be required to set a delivery deadline and this is to be included in your proposal.
Please indicate a daily bonus (if you deliver the project early) amount as well as a daily penalty rate (if you deliver the project late).
Note: this can be built with the technology stack of your choice
There are already further features planned for this project and so it is ongoing for the right person.
