need website for training

please check the requirement before quoting the rates: A website for training with home page + about us + contact page + 2 pages for courses + few quicklinks at bottom The Structure should look somewhat like mentioned in PDF [login to view URL] one of the developer started the work and this is what he did [login to view URL] some reference can be taken from above but we didnt like the overall feel of what that developer did. currently I have 2 websites: [login to view URL] (website) [login to view URL] (landing page for ads) [login to view URL] but problem currently is that the website has lot of generic content and also talks just about one course. I need a simple look and feel and we recently added 1 more course. so we have to showcase 2 courses, please refer pdf. also currently the problem is that we unnecessary have 2 domains. we want to maintain just one domain. so we need to carry forward with [login to view URL] which will have a new website as per pdf structure and with 2 courses. clicking on any of the course will take them to the page created for the courses. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] these 2 pages are very important as we will run ads on them. so they are very targeted and the content will be same as [login to view URL] [login to view URL] chatbot + watsapp + call + popup + enquiry form integration has to be done. premium wordpress theme should be used. The purpose of quicklinks is more for seo so we should have flexibility to add the content there. admin panel should be provided to tweak content whenever necessary. also we should be having capability to display events like new batch starting and free demo class on which date etc..
