I need a developer that can create a website with three main users: • Veterinarians: - The URL for this user should be [login to view URL] - This type of user should be able to scan a QR code or type in the number for the pet they want to edit their medical record. - Add a way to identify the pet, this should be a note that can be modify freely by the vet anytime. - Add surgeries the pet has had - Add if the pet has any medical conditions - Add vaccines the animal has on record and their expiration date as the date they were put on - Add type of food the animal should eat - Add type of medicines the animal is taking - Add notes of the pet, that can be set down with an expiration date  For registration: this user should be able to upload his files that show that they are a registered veterinarian. - Register pets for users,  Each pet registered makes them earn a 10% of the money sold in the registration. • Companies: - The URL for this user should be [login to view URL] - The business should set up prerequisites for a pet to be able to come into their property. - They should be able to get an API to connect to their website or system, where when the user in their website types in his pets ID number pet shows up. - If the pet meets the prerequisites the business needs for it to come into their hotel, restaurant, etc. then it should say with a green check mark your pet is eligible.  If not, it should be in red and say what vaccine or medication is missing or if cats are not allowed or parrots. - This should be controlled in the business view.  For registration they should right their company name  and company website.  Type of business • Pet Owners: - The URL for this user should be [login to view URL]  The pet owner can see as many pets as he has registered, can see their medical record but not edit it.  Change the picture of the pet  See the pet id showing up with a QR code. The pet QR Code should be generated, and must have the pet number, name, and a link to chat with his owner if found lost. The website should have stripe membership integrated, because the clients, vets and biz will be able to pay for the service monthly or annually. The Registration page for the users, should be the same for all the users, but Vet and company registration should have the notes mentioned above: The registration page should be the following: • Name • Age • Address • Email • Phone number • Profile Picture The registration page for pets by their owners should be the following: • Name • Date when born • Address • Owners Phone Number • Owners Email • Picture Payment page to register it. After payment a thank you page that thanks the user for registering their pet
