Ecommerce Payment Gateway - customer spends $CAD, I receive $BTC Re-awarded project Ecommerce Payment Gateway I want a payment gateway built for my Wordpress ecommerce store. I want customers to be able to buy my products with their credit card, but then I want to receive bitcoin (or another cryptocurrency) instead of the Canadian Dollars they spent. Basically, this is how it should operate: On the front end, to the customer it should like any other credit card transaction. Customer adds items to cart, goes through checkout process, inputs their credit card details, order is a success, customer sees the Thank You page. However, I do not want to receive their funds into a bank account. I want to receive their funds into a crypto wallet. I see two ways of going about this. 1) Re-routing option. If it is possible to re-route or re-direct the funds from going to a bank account and instead direct them to a wallet that holds $CAD, then this could work. Then I can just manually purchase BTC myself after with the $CAD that is in the wallet. 2) Hidden-purchase option. If there is an exchange or other crypto purchasing platform which allows someone without an account to make small purchases of crypto, then what we could do is have the customer go through the checkout process on the site and when they get to the end and click the "complete order" button, what they are actually purchasing is crypto. For example, if I was selling an item for $50CAD, the customer would actually be buying $50 of bitcoin using their credit card on my behalf. The newly purchased btc would automatically get sent to a wallet for me to verify that the amount is correct and matches with their order, and then I would send out their goods. When applying for this job, please do not just say "I can do this for you". Please elaborate and tell me the steps of how we will complete this, as well as what third party platforms we need to use, e.g. Shapshift, Metamask, Binance, wallet providers that can hold $CAD, etc. If I am going to hire you, I need to verify that you understand the project. If this project can be completed successfully, I would like to build on it more in the future, so there will be more work.
