About the position You’ll help with the design and build-out of Miro’s React / Redux web applications. You’ll work closely with Designers and Engineers to build user-friendly experiences and a robust, scalable system. Must be expert level with frontend Fit and Finish. We are looking for someone that is available up to 20 hours a week and available for "pop-up" tasks. Responsibilities Design front-end systems to meet business goals [React / Redux] Develop pixel perfect web applications based on wireframes and product requirements Design and implement QA testing to ensure a stable, functional system Work with backend and mobile engineers to implement seamless end-to-end experiences Maintain clean code and documentation Requirements 5+ years with frontend development experience 5+ years experience delivering commercial products to market Built 1+ sizeable production app with React / Redux within the past year Experience with configuring and maintaining front-end development asset pipeline Experience with optimizing web applications for performance and accessibility Passion for clean, scalable code and documentation History of effectively collaborating with creative, technical, and business teams Experience setting up & maintaining React code base & build environment using best practices Experience with designing and coding end-to-end FE testing Qualities that bring success to the role: Experience working in an early-stage startup Excellent communication skills Huge plus: passion for and experience with UX/UI design
