Responsive, modern Website Redesign -- No WordPress, Please.

We are an HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Roofing, Septic, and Remodeling company looking for a new, modern, responsive, SEO-forward website redesign. Currently we have a website that was, unfortunately, built using Muse with a nested WordPress installation. We would like to have a basic website that lists services, service areas, general 'about-us' types, as well as modules for blog posting. Our current website is www.hepisontheway.com. We have a particular color pallet that we like, which you can see on the website - we already have established logos and such, so we can provide all of that to you. Right now, we would like to keep the Wordpress installation as we use it as a shopping cart and a blog, however, we want to move the blog over to static pages and use Wordpress exclusively for the shopping cart. We are also looking for some secondary page designs for landing pages. We will be expecting someone to have their own testing environment and after everything is approved, deliver the code to us for upload.
