5. Feedback collection form & database integration for this
6. Recommendation request form & database integration for this
7. General advise form
8. minor updates once in a while
9. Full source code stored in github
10. Payment gateway integration for processing service fees & refunds
11. Processing of Discounts & Coupons
12. Generation of receipt for payment received
13. Interactive Chat & email interaction.
