We are launching a new consumer finance site focused on insurance. The site's purpose is to help people understand how insurance products work and how to purchase insurance. The goal is to get quick SEO traction. We expect that 60% of the traffic will be mobile.
Candidates should have demonstrable success with web designs using WordPress. The primary objective is to get a great scalable design out of this project.
The project consists of 1) choosing a WordPress theme (I'd rather not build an entirely new one), 2) building a style guide (icons, color schemes, fonts, pictures, buttons…) and 3) designing the following pages:
- home page
- category page (to be used for 4 categories)
- article page (to be used for 1000+ articles)
- a search input page for an insurance agency directory
- a search results listing page for an insurance agency directory
- a dedicated page for each insurance agency
Please note that all pages should be responsive and optimized for mobile traffic. A specific brand brief and design brief will be shared with the selected candidate.
