Web Developer & Designer
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Web Developer to join our creative team. You will be responsible for the development and the programming of the code of our new website, designing and creating it in a way that makes the website easy to navigate for users, while at the same time meeting the technical expectations of our company. Our ideal candidate has at least two years of development experience and a substantial portfolio.
Web Developer Duties and Responsibilities
Building and maintaining user-friendly websites
Setting up the back end of a site
Working with the style and functionality or the front end
Able to schedule calls via WhatsApp for meeting with our founder to discuss our needs and requirements for the site as well as progress.
Testing and updating the site as needed
Meet deadlines.
Be able to continue in our team for maintenance and weekly additions and posts as our host manager.
Web Developer Requirements and Qualifications
Associate or bachelor’s degree in web development, computer science, or a related field preferred
Certification from a coding school or academy a plus
Proficient with a variety of coding languages, such as HTML, JavaScript, Ruby on Rails, and C++
2+ years of experience working as a web developer
Portfolio of successful projects
A Web Developer and Designer who will be responsible for the coding, design, and layout of our website according to our company's specifications. As the takes into consideration user experience and function, a certain level of both graphic design and computer programming is necessary. Must be prompt and have great communication skills.
