Wordpress Site Design

We currently have a 4 page website that is built with Frames which we want to turn fully into a wordpress blog. We already have a wordpress blog that we link to on the site. However, here's what else we want doing: 1) The Logo appears on each page of the blog - so that no matter where you navigate to within the site, it always appears on the left hand side. 2) We're having a problem with the Wordpress categories because we can't seem to put the days in Chronological order. (Mon-Sun) 3) On a contact page - we'd like to have a Contact Form that emails us etc. 4) Additionally, the blog doesn't seem to work in Safari browsers - we hope to get this fixed. 5) When the main page loads for the first time, we'd like to have the sound. 6) Additionally we have an option where people can submit their videos to us through a brightcove account. They have provided us with coding to insert in the site - wondered if this could be branded.
