We have a dedicated server where we have multiple domains hosted on. We used to have a shared domain host and didn’t have email deliverability problems. After we moved to the dedicated server, unfortunately all our emails sent to gmail, yahoo and other servers gets 550 errors. I need someone to guide me through the process to fix this problem. NOTE: I CANNOT GIVE ROOT ACCESS TO WHM or SERVER. YOU HAVE TO GUIDE ME THROUGH SCREENSHARE TO FIX THIS PROBLEM. We use exim as an email server under WHM/cPanel. I have extensive linux experience but not with exim server on linux.
