**Please only submit a bid/comment if you have worked with EF 4.1 codefirst previously.**

The intent of this work is to have 2 applications. Both of the applications reference an independent dll. The independent dll defines some entities. These entities dictate a structure that is used by the 2 applications.

The 2 applications also have their own structures (entities) in addition to the ones from the independent dll. The structures are illustrated in the attached DB diagrams.

Each application can just be a windows forms form, with add/edit/delete capability. No validation. No pretty UI. No business rules.

The projects containing the forms can reference the entity framework and domain entity projects. As per component references diagram.

The main aim of this vworker project is to prove that 2 or more applications can have a portion of their data structures and schema defined by a separate 3rd component. The idea is that each application uses these same structures in the same standard manner.

This work is to be done in .NET 4.0 only, C#. (will accept vb.net, but prefer C#)

Please put the DB connection strings in the config files so that I can change them to suit my environment.

The target database provider is SQLserver 2005 or later.

Please ask questions to clarify anything that is not clear.

Thank you.
