I need a touch / display driver for the 2.8 and 3.5 Adafruit Raspberry PI touch/display shield on Windows 10 IOT (not Windows 10 desktop). Both displays use the same hardware / chipset so when one works, the other should too. The linux driver and chipset specs are public information so someone with the right knowledge should be able to assemble this quickly.
