I need a windows program that downloads .mp4 and .vtt files from dreamfilm.
Examples:

If it has multiple .mp4 files (various quality) i want it to download the best one.
Output directory should contain the movie title and year like this: No.Country.For.Old.Men.2007
The directory should contain all .vtt files found and the .mp4.
