Internet Radio player Software application for Windows

We someone to develop the following Windows application for us with the following specifications Description: We need a internet radio player windows application that takes the stream from our icecast media server and plays it through the internet radio application. The radio player software can have an embedded flash or html5 media player that connects to our internet radio server (icecast). When installed the software must automatically start when Windows starts. -The software should run in the background, so you will not see the program in the taskbar. -The radio player UI should show in the desktop and a user should be able to interact with the program from the desktop. If a user wants to turn the radio on or off, they just click on the play button or the stop buttons and the radio should start to play or stop. -The software should be able to also retrieve information (a small banner) from our server and show in a small window whats playing now. -There should also be a scheduling option in order to schedule the radio programs the user doesn’t want to miss. -Software should also check for updates automatically
